We are pleased to inform our customers that on Monday 29th of June, our self-stores, training, warehousing, and offices will be open to the public. Normal trading hours will resume.
Our staff and customers’ safety and wellbeing is our top priority. We have taken several steps to ensure that our facilities meet the guidelines set out by the UK Government. Please take note of the new procedures below.
Reception Areas – Screens
Screens have been fitted in our reception areas to protect both our staff and customers. Please remember to keep the 2-metre distance rule at all times. We ask that if you covid symptoms that you do not enter any Fife Group building to protect our staff and other customers.
Hand Sanitisers
All our facilities have hand sanitisers to help prevent the spread of infection. Please use these when required to protect yourself and others it all times.
Hand Washing Facilities
The best method to stop any spread of infection is by washing your hands. All Fife Group facilities have hand washing facilities, which you should at your own disposal to help limit the spread of the virus. Please ask our staff for more details or for help locating these facilities onsite.
Extra Cleaning Measures
We are taking every precaution necessary to ensure that our facilities are cleaned more frequently and thoroughly to ensure our customers and staff are always protected.
Self-Storage – By Appointment Only
Access to your self-storage unit is still by appointment only. Please call us to arrange access to your unit. This will help us limit the number of people accessing their unit at the same time to help prevent the risk of infection.
Fife Training Services
We are limiting the number of candidates on each course to adhere to social distancing guidelines. All candidates must keep a two-metre distance from each other. Our instructors will also be social distancing at all times. This also includes registrations and breaks.
Please note that our training equipment will be sanitised regularly to protect our employees and valued customers. Our staff is ensuring that equipment, door handles, table surfaces, and chairs are cleaned throughout the day to avoid contamination.
If you are booked into training and have Coronavirus symptoms, please phone us and let us know. Do not enter the building or attempt to attend the training session. We will work with you to rearrange your training for a later date.
