First aid is such a valuable skill that saves lives in an emergency.

Fife Training Services provides first aid training to meet the standards set by the Health and Safety Executive.  Our first aid courses will enable you to help prevent illness and preserve life.

Emergency First Aid at Work

 

This six-hour basic course teaches the essential skills required for First Aiders in smaller workplaces and low-risk businesses.

The content of this course provides basic lifesaving first aid, recognition and treatment

3 Day First Aid at Work

 

This course covers the essential skills and knowledge required for First Aiders in any workplace including those which present substantial health and safety risks.

This is the initial first aid course for most first aiders in the workplace.

2 Day First Aid Refresher

 

This course updates the essential skills and knowledge required for First Aiders in any workplace including those which present substantial health and safety risks.

This is a refresher course for candidates who have already completed the three day course.
