AED / Defibrillator Training Course helps learners recognise when someone is in cardiac arrest, deliver effective CPR, and operate an Automated External Defibrillator with confidence. Emergency First Aid at Work
Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course provides learners with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to respond confidently to workplace emergencies. This one‑day training covers how to assess incidents, deliver effective CPR, use an AED, manage unconscious casualties, control severe bleeding, treat choking, and handle common injuries such as burns and minor wounds.
First Aid at Work
First Aid at Work provides participants with the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to respond effectively to a wide range of workplace emergencies. Designed for individuals appointed as workplace first aiders, this comprehensive programme meets recognised industry standards and covers the essential responsibilities required to manage incidents safely and calmly. First Aid at Work Renewal
First Aid at Work Renewal course updates and refreshes the skills of qualified workplace first aiders, ensuring they continue to meet current regulatory standards. Over two days, participants revisit key life‑saving procedures, update their knowledge on best practice, and practise essential techniques such as CPR, AED use, casualty management, and treatment of common injuries and illnesses.
Mental Health 0.5 Days
4 hour Mental Health First Aid Course gives learners a simple, practical introduction to recognising early signs of mental health concerns and offering supportive conversations. It helps build awareness, reduces stigma, and encourages healthier, more open communication within the workplace. Suitable for all staff, this short course strengthens overall understanding of mental wellbeing and highlights where to go for further help when needed.
Mental Health 2-Day
FAIB 2‑Day Mental Health First Aid & Wellbeing Course prepares participants to recognise mental health concerns, offer first‑level support, and guide individuals towards further help. Through practical activities and structured learning, delegates develop the confidence to approach difficult conversations, respond to crises, and promote a healthier, more supportive working environment.
