Description

The Lone Working Training course is designed to increase awareness of the risks associated with working alone and the practical measures that can be taken to safeguard personal safety.

A lone worker is anyone who carries out their role by themselves, whether at a fixed location or across multiple sites. This can include individuals working outside standard hours, driving as part of their job, or interacting with members of the public on their own. Due to the nature of their work, lone workers may be more exposed to risks such as accidents, violence, or aggression, making appropriate support, training, and control measures essential.

Assessments

At the end of the Lone Working course, learners are required to complete an assessment consisting of 10 multiple-choice questions. A minimum score of 80% is needed to pass.
