Agile Working
The Agile Worker course explains the key considerations for working in an agile way, focusing on staying safe and secure regardless of location. It provides clear, practical guidance to help employees work safely and protect information in any working environment.
Description
As organisations move beyond the pandemic, many have developed a stronger understanding of the advantages of agile and hybrid working models. Research by the CIPD indicates that around 40% of employers expect more than half of their workforce to work from home on a regular basis in the future, alongside time spent in the workplace. Regardless of where work is carried out — whether in the office, at home, or in other locations — employers continue to hold responsibility for the health and safety of agile workers.
