The First Aid at Work course provides comprehensive training for individuals who are required to act as designated first aiders within their workplace. Throughout the course, delegates will learn how to assess incidents, prioritise treatment, and deliver essential first aid until professional help arrives. The course blends clear theoretical instruction with extensive hands‑on practical training, ensuring learners can apply their skills safely and competently in real‑world situations.

Participants will cover key areas such as managing unconscious casualties, performing CPR, using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), controlling bleeding, supporting those experiencing medical conditions, and responding to workplace‑specific hazards. By the end of the course, delegates will be fully prepared to provide immediate, effective care in emergency scenarios.

This training is suitable for those working in higher‑risk environments or organisations that require a fully qualified workplace first aider. Successful completion leads to a recognised First Aid at Work certification, valid for three years
